This needs to be completed and signed by the town chair two days prior to the fireworks event. You will need to provide a copy of your insurance policy.
State law prohibits the lighting of fireworks without a permit. End time for lighting fireworks is 11:00 P. M.

La Valle Plan Commission reviews the CSM 5. Plan Commission forwards a recommendation to the La Valle Town Board 6. La Valle Town Board reviews the CSM and approves or denies it.
All Dogs in the Town of La Valle must be licensed. Please complete and submit the license application with the appropriate fee to the Town of La Valle Treasurer.
