The Town of La Valle is a town in Sauk County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 1,379 at the 2007 census. The Village of La Valle is located within the town.

The Town Hall of LaValle is located in the Village of LaValle at 314 State Highway 33/58  The Town has two lakes.  Three miles North from the Village is Lake Redstone, 2 miles South West is Dutch Hollow Lake.  Both Lakes are man made back in the 60's.

The population density was 35.2 people per square mile (13.6/kmē). There were 914 housing units at an average density of 26.7/sq mi (10.3/kmē). The racial makeup of the town was 98.75% White, 0.08% Native American, 0.08% Asian, 0.58% from other races, and 0.50% from two or more races. 0.91% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There were 450 households out of which 29.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 74.0% were married couples living together, 4.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 18.9% were non-families. 15.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 7.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.67 and the average family size was 2.96.  In the town the population was spread out with 25.4% under the age of 18, 7.0% from 18 to 24, 22.9% from 25 to 44, 26.4% from 45 to 64, and 18.3% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 42 years. For every 100 females there were 106.3 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 108.4 males.

The median income for a household in the town was $45,350, and the median income for a family was $47,500. Males had a median income of $36,442 versus $23,417 for females. The per capita income for the town was $21,561. About 1.5% of families and 3.0% of the population were below the poverty line, including 1.4% of those under age 18 and 2.4% of those age 65 or over.
